It features a ground floor double bedroom with en-suite and two single rooms upstairs with shower room/toilets. There is a large garden set in peaceful surroundings. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking your favourite suppers or enjoy a night out at the excellent village pub which serves hearty food and real ales just a two minute walk away.

Ground floor

Cosy sitting room with comfy seating, flat screen Smart television and lovely views of the village. The perfect place to relax at the end of the day. A dining area with seating for four people adjoins the sitting room.

Small but well equipped kitchen with everything you might need on a self-catering holiday including a kettle, cafetiere, toaster, microwave, electric oven with hob and fridge with freezer compartment.

Cloakroom where the washing machine and tumble dryer are kept.

Ground floor bedroom with double bed, smart television, wardrobe, views onto the village and an en-suite shower room.

First floor

There are two further single bedrooms upstairs with a large (4 foot) single bed. Shower room and separate WC with hand basin.

Outside

Enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine as you admire the unspoilt views onto open farmland from the patio. Guests also have access to a large garden, again with gorgeous views.

Gas central heating throughout. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels are provided.
